Sign on Bonus for Experienced Nurses - up to $20,000- Palliative Care - Home Health - Registered Nurse
- Full Time - 40 hrs. per week - Day Shift - 8 hour shifts
- Gas Mileage Reimbursement Offered - $0.67/mile

Overview: The Palliative Care Nurse will be responsible for coordinating palliative care of patients in Home Care and advising/assisting those co-workers in identifying patients that need to be transitioned to Hospice. This nurse may also case manage some patients from the transition period throughout their Hospice length of stay.
Qualifications: - Experience: Two or more years related experience.
- Required Education: Graduation from accredited nursing school.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Preferred Certifications: Current certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse.
- Certifications: BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association.
- Other: Current state driver's license and auto insurance.
