We seek a Licensed Therapist to join our growing team in Waterbury, CT.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Obtains an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT for practice in Connecticut
At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting
Can commute to the location in person or Hybrid
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire
