Job Details

We are seeking a qualified, outgoing individual for the position of Generator Field Service Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel and natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
• Conduct field service visits to customer sites to diagnose and resolve generator issues.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of service performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical experience in power generation or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with diesel and/or natural gas engines, generators, and automatic transfer switches.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
