**Digital Media Buyer Hybrid remote and in-office schedule**
The Digital Media Buyer will develop, place, optimize and report on paid digital campaigns across channels and platforms. This position will provide campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams and client contacts.

Job Duties:
- Execute sophisticated paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc. (experience in attribution analysis, viewability/fraud monitoring and brand measurement solutions)
- Establish and maintain relationships with programmatic buyers, media agencies, and advertisers
- Understand customer needs and requirements; staying current on all digital industry trends and provide timely POVs
- Confidently manage campaigns from start to finish, executing on the overall customer experience plan
- Translate client needs into campaign strategies that over-deliver on their needs
- Develop in-depth, streamlined reports to showcase performance, both for clients and within Bravo Group
- Manage ad technology vendors as needed to execute specific campaign work and seek out new developments and update best practices
- Oversee channel planning across digital placements, including search, social, display, native, direct buys, video, and others
- Work collaboratively with relevant account team members to develop and optimize campaigns
**Qualifications**
* BA/BS degree or equivalent
* 5 or more years experience in digital buying role
* Agency experience preferred
* Proficient with Google, Bing, DSPs, display/video/streaming placements
* Current Google Ads Certification helpful
* Experience with Facebook Ads required
* Programmatic buying experience a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and predict return on investment of campaigns and advertisements
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
* Awareness of latest trends and updates to available platforms
